SALTED CARAMEL PROTEIN BANANA BREAD

Its been a HOT minute since I've posted a recipe on my blog..
This is a recipe I found online and altered as I was going along as A. I didn't have all the ingredients the recipe asked for and B. Cant go past peanut butter in banana bread! (Drool).

Dry ingredients:
3/4 cup Buckwheat Flour
1 cup Prana On Himalayan Salted Caramel Protein (you can use any flavour)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate of your choice - I used Loving Earth Mylk Choc (alternatively you can use walnuts)
Wet ingredients:
3 Ripe banana's mashed
2 eggs
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Add all the dry ingredients into a bowel and mix to combine
Mash the banana's in a seperate bowl, add the egg and whisk together
Once combined, add the peanut butter, rice malt syrup and vanilla essence and stir until combined.
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into a lined loaf tray.
You can break apart the chocolate (or walnuts) and either add this throughout the mixture or you can put your mixture into a loaf tray and lay the chocolate pieces on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
